Tweak Revisited is a utility that provides easy access to functions, settings and information in Windows 95, 98 and ME. Includes cookie manager; startup manager; built-in True-Color icon editor. Functions include right-click menu options, boot options, clean ads from IE and OE, change icons, disable high-risk filetypes, set a password for Windows, etc.
