Supported formats for reading: WSQ - FBI`s Wavelet Scalar Quantization BMP - Windows Bitmap Graphics TIFF - Tagged Information File Format PNG - Portable Network Graphics JPEG - Joint Photographic Experts Group RGB - Silicon Graphics International TGA - Truevision Targa Graphic GIF - Compuserve Graphic Interchange Format CEL - Animator Graphic (FLC and FLI formats) PSD - Adobe Photoshop (LAB or CMYK formats not supported) IFF - Amiga Bitmap Graphic (8 bits) PCX - PC Paintbrush Bitmap Graphic Supported formats for writing: WSQ - FBI`s Wavelet Scalar Quantization BMP - Windows Bitmap Graphics TIFF - Tagged Information File Format (no LZW compression) PNG - Portable Network Graphics JPEG - Joint Photographic Experts Group RGB - Silicon Graphics International (uncompressed) TGA - Truevision Targa Graphic WSQ viewer is small (less than 1 Megabyte) and fast, has image zoom toolbar and supports accelerated navigation through files in the directory using keys page up / page down / home / end . After installation of WSQ viewer *.wsq files can be easily opened in Windows Explorer with simple mouse double click. WSQ viewer is the demo version of WSQ (FBI`s Wavelet Scalar Quantization) library add-on available as SDK for software developers.
