Web TimeSheet is an easy-to-use, web-based time tracking tool. Simple, intuitive timesheets ensure fast, accurate time and expense entry by employees, in a fraction of the time required by paper-based timesheets. Timesheets can be configured to meet your organization’s unique needs, accommodating both simple and complex time tracking. Client billing is prompt, accurate and current through increased timesheet compliance thanks to a simple, intuitive interface enabling quick time entry, automatic e-mail reminders to delinquent users and at-a-glance compliance reports for managers. Managers can quickly analyze project costs. Management can make smart decisions on which projects are contributing to bottom line profits and which are marginal. Project progress bars that compare actual vs. estimates on individual timesheets provide immediate feedback. Web TimeSheet accelerates adoption with simple and intuitive automation of proven timesheet processes. The intuitive interface and provisions to pre-populate timesheets with time entry codes ensure fast and accurate time and expense entry by employees, in a fraction of the time required by paper-based timesheets. The Replicon Expenses module is an add-on product that extends the functionality of Web TimeSheet's employee time tracking capability by facilitating the entry, tracking and reporting of employee expenses. Project leaders and supervisors can view, track the status, approve or reject, and even correct employee expenses. ProMax's project tracking capabilities provide real-time color-coded graphical views and analysis of company, project and individual productivity levels to enable actions that impact bottom line results. It is an add-on-module to Web TimeSheet to improve employee productivity for both consulting and project based businesses. An easy way to calculate ROI metrics. Also, Replicon solutions use Web Services and XML standards-based approach to enable integration with any 3rd party applications.
