Wintraday is the result of new market data display technology, and allows individual investors to keep on top of their investments with up-to-the-minute updates on stock activity. Wintraday is being offered to individual investors as an alternative to Web browser stock tickers, for intraday charts viewing. Wintraday is unique because it is a small, single .exe file, less than 1MB on a floppy disk. "Its small size makes it easily distributed via email," says Dr. Bouarfa Mahi, owner and founder of GPCServices.com. "The user can even run it directly without installation," he says. Wintraday always stays in front of any other open Windows applications, and users can move the market data display to anywhere they please on their desktop. "Wintraday makes it possible for the investor to be directly connected to the market data vendor and their stocks," says Mahi. The program can either be a permanent fixture on a PC, or can be set to last only for a controlled lifetime. Wintraday is available for Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, or Windows XP. It is also offered for free download, with a 15-minute delay on current data Aside from Wintraday for individual investors, there is also Customized Wintraday, providing corporate financial information to individual investors. For online marketing, there is Customized Wintraday for major companies that want to target individual investors. Wintraday is now available for the Paris Stock Exchange, and can be customized for other world markets. Market data vendors, online brokers, financial websites, and advertisers are welcome to inquire about partnership agreements with GPCServices.com in order to distribute customized versions of Wintraday for the US market.
