The preCharge Secure Client directly links to the preCharge Secure API to provide you the most up to date and in-depth Chargeback Risk Score available today. Using the preCharge Secure Client, you and your business can receive access to over 100 comprehensive fraud checks into any credit card transaction for online commerce transactions. All checks are automatically performed and provided to you in an easy to understand preCharge Fraud Score. High risk bin checks, chargeback history, repeat ordering, and over 20 credit card checks are included. Free e-mail database checks, advanced e-mail checking, MX record, SMTP checking, open proxies, known spammers and over 50 user-related checks are also included. While some prevention techniques only work with US based transactions, the preCharge system works in over 200 countries around the globe. Zip Code to IP, Phone to IP, Zip Code to Telephone and more.
