Icon to Image Converter allows you to convert all Windows XP icons, cursors and Icon Library into Windows BMP, GIF, JPG, TIF, WMF, EMF, PNG, PCX, J2K, TGA and RAS images by one Click. Frame filter allows you to exclude undesirable image formats to the output pictures. The application has wizard and command line interfaces, making it simple to process multiple files at once. You can find many icons and cursors on the Internet and convert them to images for use on your web pages, in applications and much more. Plus, change color resolution and size to create customized images from your icons or cursors. Icon to Image Converter can completely support XP Alpha Channel icons, now you can easily convert Windows icons to the wonderful semi-transparent images. You can apply image filtering Hue, Lightness, Brightness, Contrast, Gamma, Saturation and more effects on output pictures. Defined image background as predefined color or use more than 65 deferent patterns. Support image and icon size 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64, 72x72, 96x96, 128x128, 352x288 [VCD], 352x576 [CVD], 480x576 [SVCD] and 720x576 [DVD], 320x200, 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024, as source and customizable size and support different colors including Monochrome (1 bit), 16 Colors (4 bits), Grayscale (8 bits), 256 Colors (8 bits), True Color (24 bits) and XP Alpha Channel (32 bits).
