Attendant Manager provides quality assistance with all major aspects of attendant care for disabled people to help them sustain quality care from quality attendants. Register and download a program key for unlimited use and installation on all your Windows platforms. The program helps attendants better understand and prepare for their work, improve their job performance, maintain a trouble free employment relationship, and enjoy higher job satisfaction. The program includes managers, editers, dialogs, and tutorials that assist with creating job descriptions, job applications, interview forms, needs assessment worksheets, routine lists, custom training manuals, daily checklists and instructions, daily scheduling, time span scheduling, monthly schedules, payroll with itemized earnings and deductions, updateable Federal tax tables and amounts, check stubs, financial statements to help with tax forms, time sheets, evaluations, employee folders, emergency instructions, remote workstations, internal messaging, and more. Attendants enjoy a Routine Checklist, easy access to training manuals, daily instructions and checklists, a schedule manager for up to date scheduling information, routine checking, a time sheet, easy update of their contact informatoin, a message box, training manuals, a convenient place to store check stubs, time sheets, or other documents. Tutorials help those new to personal care get started and others a quick reference to a myriad of questions and advice. Tutorials cover how to start a personal care service, develop a training plan, manage assistants, solve employment problems, and terminating an assistant.
