In addition, the Enterprise version also includes: Intelligent request routing and job prioritization (fully customizable auto-replies, assignments, priorities and notifications via email and SMS). A Task manager (once off or recurring tasks for generating requests with auto-assign and notification). A calendar/to do list. The ability to lodge email requests.
