Now includes new capabilities designed to help manage, access, prioritize and act on any ICT (Information & Communications Technology) related issues. You`ll be able to streamline your staff`s time more efficiently, reduce costs and more easily manage the ever-increasing challenge of maintaining a sleek, efficient and cost effective ICT infrastructure. To give you some idea of what is possible with Auscomp IT Commander V5, we have put together a list of our favorite new features: Both Standard and Enterprise editions include: WYSIWYG/HTML editor, knowledge base (including attachments, keywords, number of views, voting and rating, email and cloning). Knowledge base portal (including quick search, browse, top 5 articles, most viewed and most recent article sections). Attachments for files and images for requests and knowledge base articles. Template driven email and SMS auto-replies. Asset location management. Quick views and assignment for requests, quick view user history, universal quick search plus a customer support management system. In addition, the Enterprise version also includes: Intelligent request routing and job prioritization (fully customizable auto-replies, assignments, priorities and notifications via email and SMS). A Task manager (once off or recurring tasks for generating requests with auto-assign and notification). A calendar/to do list. The ability to lodge email requests. SMS alerts, email flow management, enterprise security, full customization, call center request lodging, auto-replies and a spellchecker.
