Make it possible to discovery devices and services, send and receive files using OBEX profiles, send and recevie SMS using GSM modem of your mobile phone and a lot of other usefull things. The main feature of the Bluetooth Framework is a BluetoothMassSender Component will alow to your applications send file to a lot of devices at the same time. Very usefull for Bluetooth Marketing and Bluetooth Advertisement applications.
