IconCool Studio is a professional software for editing icons, it can completely edit ICO, CUR, GIF, JPG, PNG, ANI image files and etc. It has special functions including: 1.)supports for the PSD Plug-in, it allows user to transfer an image to IconCool Studio from Adobe Photoshop application. 2.)User can easily edit animation GIF files. 3.)IconCool Studio can custom the windows icons and change program skins. 4.)IconCool Studio supports for various gradient effects. 5.)IconCool Studio can load and export PSD file (supports the transparent) and completely load the PNG, GIF, ANI file and so on. 6.)IconCool Studio supports for the PSD Plug-in, it allows user to transfer an image to IconCool Studio from Adobe Photoshop application. 7.)IconCool Studio can easily edit animation GIF files. 8.)IconCool Studio can custom the windows icons and change current skins. 9.)
