Image to Icon Converter allows you to convert all Windows BMP, DIB, GIF, JPG, JPE, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, CPT, WMF, EMF, PNG, PCX, JP2, JPC, J2K, TGA, RAS image formats into Windows XP icons and Icon Library file as well by one Click. The application has wizard and command line interfaces, making it simple to process multiple files at once. You can find many images on the Internet and convert them to icons for use on your web pages, in applications and much more. Plus, change color resolution, size, apply more than 11 effects to create customized icons from your images. Supporting for making transparent icons and the user can choose which color to make transparent. Image to Icon Converter can completely support XP Alpha Channel icons, now you can easily convert images to the wonderful semi-transparent Windows icons and Icon Library. Support different colors including Monochrome (1 bit), 16 Colors (4 bits), Grayscale (8 bits), 256 Colors (8 bits), True Color (24 bits) and XP Alpha Channel (32 bits) and different sizes 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64, 72x72, 96x96, 128x128, as source and customizable size. Modify images with filtering Red, Green and Blue channel, Hue, Lightness, Brightness, Contrast, Gamma and Saturation to make wonderful icons.
