Resource Translator Program is a program developed to help to translate win32 standard files such as EXE, DLL, DRV, OCX... who uses standard windows resources. It works directly with the binary files, there is no need of the source code. You can preview the resources before create the new executable, menus, dialogs... It allows to work with more than a language at once per binary file, and to work with a big number of binary files per project
