Remote task manager needs no installation, just unzip it to some folder and start it. With this program you can kill remote process, shutdown remote computer, change remote computers domain, view system information of remote computer, send message (works if you have messenger service started),view event log of remote computer, start or stop services on remote computer. It requires no installation on remote machine!
