Mit diesem Editor ist es möglich von EXE-Dateien unabhängige Ressource-Dateien zu erstellen, welche von jedem beliebigen Projekt über eine DLL-Datei zur Laufzeit gelesen werden können. So können beispielsweise auch mehrsprachige Anwendungen erstellt werden. Aber nicht nur Zeichenfolgen, sondern auch Bilder und jede Art von anderen Dateien können in den Ressource-Dateien gespeichert und zur Laufzeit eingebunden werden. Bei der Installation des Editors wird zusätzlich ein VB 6 - Beispielprojekt mit installiert, in welchem der Umgang mit der DLL-Datei erklärt wird. Das Einlesen der Ressource-Daten wurde zwar lediglich aus VB 6 - Projekten getestet; es sollte jedoch auch problemlos mit anderen Programmiersprachen funktionieren.
